The investigation unit of the Central Area of the city of Tver is appealing for information to locate Vladimir M. Tikhonov, born 1952, who left his home address on 15 April 2004 and has not been seen since.

He is described as looking 50-55, 176 sm tall, with an oval face, white straight retreated hair and fair eyes. 

He has a scare on his groin and tattoos on the fingers of his left arm.  

He was wearing a black textile jacket, black trousers, black-and-red sweater, a grey shirt and blue trainers.
