The interior department of the Toropetsky district of the Russian city of Tver is increasingly concerned about the safety of the 28 year old militia officer who went missing on 19 January 2004 from the village of Pozhnya, Toropetsky district. He went to the local town of Toropest and has not been seen since.
He is described as looking his age, 168 sm tall, with short straight dark hair, a straight nose and brows, thin lips, dark eyes. He had no teeth missing and had a scar going from a right temple down to the ear, and an operation scar on the right of his neck.
He was in grey militia uniform, a black sports cap and black winter boots.
