4 minutes were required to the Kaluga militia officers to detain car thieves

In reply to the requirement to stop the car thief only increased speed. For detention of the car employees of the road patrol service had to take advantage of the government-issue weapon. As a result criminals were detained directly in car salon.

Belgorod employees of State Traffic Safety Inspectorate assisted in rescue of tenants of the burning house

Not losing minutes, captain Safonov and lieutenant Sapronov rushed to the burning house. Among the tenants standing near to a big fire which in time in haste to leave apartment, there were children and older persons.
