Employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Abakan arranged excursion to Railway museum for children

On the threshold of the beginning of another school year employees of the personnel management department of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Abakan arranged an excursion to the Railway museum of history of the Krasnoyarsk railway for children of employees of the management who are attend school and are brought up in large and incomplete families as well as in families of employees who perished in discharge of their service duties.

Veterans of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Abakan took an active part in the preparation and carrying out of the excursion.

The employees of the museum warmly welcomed the visitors. Thanks to their interesting story, the children, the employees of the management and the veterans had an opportunity to get to know some of the historical past of our region learning about the history of development of railway communication routes in its territory.

The children's eyes glistened with keen interest as they surveyed the unique exhibits listening to an interesting story of the guide about the development of railways, about the wartime which has left an ineffable imprint on the life and activity of everyone relating to the railway service.

After this fascinating excursion the children under the guidance of veterans and employees of the management proceeded to the locomotive, the monument to the older epoch of the railway branch development where the militia employees and the veterans of the Internal Affairs Directorate solemnly handed over gifts for September 1 to the children.
