On February, 12th, 2010 in item Litovko of the Amur district of Khabarovsk area there was a fire. As a result of a fire in the inhabited one-apartment house burnt down house things, the window block is damaged. From a fire place in hospital of item Litovko the man with signs of a poisoning with carbonic oxide, thermal burns of a body was delivered.
During carrying out of check upon a fire it was established that the precinct militia officer of militia of item Litovko the lieutenant of militia Andrey Popov, carrying out the office commission, arrived to the place of a fire. Approaching on the house, he saw that from one window of the house there is a smoke. The entrance door in the house was closed from within, nobody opened a door. In the house there could be people.
Estimating danger of an extreme situation, the lieutenant of militia took measures to their rescue and, not deliberating, out-of-pocket protection of bodies of breath in the presence of high concentration of toxic products of burning, breaking a window, climbed in the house. At inspection of rooms of the house near an entrance door he found out the man laying on a floor who was without consciousness.
Courageous and resolute actions of the militia officer on search of the victim, rendering of the first medical aid rescued a life to the person.
