"Round table meeting" session on a theme "youth Problems in the city environment" took place in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

Yesterday in an average comprehensive school № for children of 9 classes militia employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate on the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk together with representatives of school arranged 1 cities of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsks spent a round table meeting on a theme: "youth Problems in the city environment". The action purpose - to define the problems exciting youth, and to plan ways of their decisions.

Action began with performance of the school juvenile inspector of the Internal Affairs Directorate on the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk of the lieutenant of militia of Xenia Artamonovoj which told present about the Law of the Sakhalin region "About measures under the prevention of a tresspass to health of children, to their physical, intellectual, mental, spiritual and moral development in the Sakhalin region" which operates since January, 1st, 2010, explained substantive provisions of this document.

First, the Law defines places where there should not be children till 18 years at any time at all - on objects (territories, premises) where the goods of sexual character are realised, on entertainment erotic actions, in beer, restaurants and other places which are intended for realisation of alcoholic production.

Secondly, the Law defines time of a finding of children (till 17 years) without parents (or persons replacing them).

Employees of operative services took part in "round table meeting" and branch of the information and Internal Affairs Directorate public relations on the Sakhalin region which children set set of questions and received on them qualitative and full answers.

Participants of session paid special attention school children on necessity to live under the law and inevitability of punishment for legality infringement, explained that such offences and the crimes, what punishments are received by the criminals who have broken the law according to the Criminal code of the Russian Federation and the Administrative code of the Russian Federation.

Discussing the problems existing for today among youth, school children agreed in opinion: it is a narcotism, an alcoholism, a suicide, early sexual communications and abortions, obscene abuse in dialogue with each other.

In conclusion of "round table meeting" children looked a film from a cycle: "Attention, teenagers" - "Leisure" then with interest discussed the existing problems exciting for today youth and ways of their decision.
