Today in a museum of the Ministry of Interior in Republic Tatarstan there was a unique exhibit - the book which was let out in 1902 by century of formation of the Ministry of Interior of Russia.

Such invaluable gift to a museum was made by the director of a bureau for struggle against the organized criminality and other dangerous crimes in the territory of the CIS countries, lieutenant general of militia Alexander Bokov.

According to the general, it got this unique edition several years ago. "Visiting a museum of the Ministry of Interior of Tatarstan, I understood, how it is quivering here people concern the history. And on the family council we made decision to give this invaluable book for us to reliable hands", - Alexander Bokov told.

On September, 8th, 1802 emperor Alexander Pervyj published the Decree about creation of eight ministries, including the Ministries of Interior. This unique book was published in 1902 - in honor of century of formation of the Ministry of Interior.

Employees of a museum with certificate of appreciation accepted invaluable gift and promised to create all conditions for preservation of the rare edition.
