Kemerovo militia added electronic cards to its armory

The main office of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Kemerovo developed electronic cards depicting the most criminogenic places of the regional capital. Now these innovations are successfully used by departments of militia of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Kemerovo. The electronic cards help analyze the operative situation within the service area, to develop routes for patrol squads of external services, to arrange the work of precinct militia officers.

The innovation of Kemerovo militia is an electronic card of a city district displaying conventional signs standing for crimes committed in this territory, patrol routes of militia squads and the locations of the local militia departments. This year it is planned to develop such cards for all districts of the city, to provide their monthly update, and to provide the citizens' free access to them through Internet sites and information boards.

The electronic cards will not only help improve the work of law enforcement bodies, but also show the inhabitants rough city areas in terms of the law and order.
