Public Council at Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Samara region delivered conflict management lectures to militia employees

In discharge of their duties militia employees should face difficult, sometimes non-standard situations. To successfully cope with conflict situations militia officers should know psychological essentials of dealing with people.

For the purpose of training employees of regional internal affairs departments members of the Public Council at the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in Samara region delivered lectures "Skill of conflict management" to militia employees of the internal affairs department of Koshki district.

Talking to the employees of internal affairs department the Samara poet Alexey Mayorov told that the basic way out of stressful situations is the ability to "switch" from the conflict to other events or situations. One of efficient ways of getting abstracted is being involving in a creative process or learning about creative work of other people. Also, Alexey read his best pieces of poetry to the law enforcement officers.

After the lecture the militia officers and the members of the Public council met the prior of Alexander Nevsky's temple in village Novaya Karmala father Philaret.
