Festival of friendship took place at children's asylum "Malyshok" in Khakassia

This festival was devoted to the 74^th Anniversary of establishing the juvenile department within the law enforcement bodiesэ structure. The Internal Affairs Directorate's juvenile department of Abakan which has been patronizing the children's asylum since September, 2008, arranged the celebratory eveтt.

Among those who participated, were the charity pupils of the children's asylum "Malyshok", charity pupils of a special open training school of Abakan city, students of the history and law Institute of Khakassia's state university, employees of the juvenile department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Abakan, pensioners of the Ministry of Interior of Khakassia who dedicated their lives to working with difficult children. Also, representatives of mass media were invited.

Everyone, students and employees, charity pupils of the children's asylum and students of the special training school participated preparations for a celebratory concert, nobody remained indifferent. There were lots of jokes and opportunities to have fun. The children from the patronized school showed parodies of some celebrities of the Russian pop stage.

Also, a creative wooden spoon player group entertained the spectators. The boys from the children's asylum coped with their wooden musical instruments skillfully which in their children's hands sounded especially melodious. Besides, songs were sung and verses read at the festival of friendship. A poem "Inspector of militia" written by the veteran of the Ministry of Interior Nikolay Kopyatin was also read.

In conclusion the deputy director of the children's asylum "Malyshok" Lyudmila Kvochkina handed over a letter of thanks for the assistance in bringing up children in difficult life situations to employees of the juvenile department on behalf of the children's asylum.

The head of the juvenile department of the Ministry of Interior on Republic Khakassia Svetlana Gorshkova noticed, that close interaction of militia officers with children, being in conditions of a separation from parents, bears in itself huge psychological loading: such children start to feel necessary. And it, in turn, is very important for a correct choice of system of vital values. Thus the Minister of Interior of Khakassia Ilya Olhovskiy considers, that such meetings should become traditional.
