Minister of Interior in Republic Tatarstan Asgat Safarov meets delegation of federal Ministry of Interior of Germany

On January, 22nd, 2008 the Minister of Interior in Republic Tatarstan Asgat Safarov has met delegation of federal Ministry of Interior of Germany.

In a meeting also took part: the head of the international department of Council of muftis of Russia Rushan hazrat Abbjasov, the head of Department on the general questions, questions of the European and international development of the Ministry of Interior of Germany Markus Kerber, the head of division G II concerning religion and to the international development of the Ministry of Interior of Germany Michael Freze, the official representative of federal police of Germany in Russian Federation Markus Hajnke.

For today in the decision of many questions of the Ministry of Interior of Tatarstan co-operates with foreign colleagues from a number of foreign countries, we study and puts into practice their experience, and also shares the operating time. The Ministry of Interior of Germany in respect of preparation of highly-skilled personnel of police can be an example. Of it Asgat Safarov it was convinced, having visited in June, 2007 as a part of the Russian delegation the police higher school in Muenster.

During the meeting some issues of cooperation and exchange of experience between the two countries in terms of counteraction to the Islamic extremism were discussed.

According to Asgat Safarov, in republic there were stable sociopolitical conditions, the balance of interests various ethnic and konfessionalnyh groups remains. «We directly work with heads of national, ethnic diasporas and the basic religious faiths, regularly we discuss with them questions nedopushchenija religious extremism and international break a set», - the minister has noted.
